Why it exists
Finding a groomer in Puchong used to mean scrolling through scattered Facebook pages, dead phone numbers, and Google listings that never told you whether a place takes cats, does mobile grooming, or handles large breeds. This directory puts that information in one place and keeps it current.
How listings get here
Business data is pulled from public sources. We do not accept self-submitted profiles as the basis for a listing, and we do not charge to be listed. Once a business is in the directory, the owner can contact us to correct factual details, such as a phone number, address, or the species they groom. What they cannot do is edit their own score, sentiment summary, or ranking. Those are determined by data, not by the business.
How rankings work
Rankings are earned from a published rubric applied consistently to every listing. The inputs are data only: no personal relationships, no advertising spend, no requests from business owners. You can read exactly how scores are calculated on the methodology page.
How reviews are handled
We synthesise signals from recent Google reviews to produce a sentiment summary for each listing. We do not republish review text verbatim, and we do not host reviews ourselves. Each listing links out to the business’s Google profile so you can read the source reviews directly.
How sponsorship works
Some listings carry a “Sponsored” label. Sponsored placements appear in a clearly marked, separate section. Paying for a sponsored spot does not change a business’s earned ranking, score, or sentiment summary in any part of the directory. A business with a low earned score does not move up because it sponsors. The label is always visible, and the separation is always maintained.

- Can a listed business update its own information?
- A business can contact us to correct factual details like address, phone number, or the types of animals it grooms. It cannot alter its score, sentiment summary, or ranking.

- Sentiment summaries are derived from recent Google reviews. We link to the business's Google profile on every listing so you can read the original reviews yourself.
- Is there a fee to be listed?
- No. Listings are based on public business data, not on payment or self-submission.
